ICR (InfoCom Research, Inc.) was incorporated along with the establishment of NTT (Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation) in 1985, and celebrated its 35th anniversary in June 2020. Ever since its origination back in 1985, ICR has been dedicated to helping customers solve their ICT-related problems by serving as a think tank specialized in the field of telecommunications.
