Yukiko is heading telecom regulation team since 2018. Before joining ICR in 2007, she worked for global M&A, oversea carrier relation, and global IP service development of NTT headquarter and group companies. She has obtained M.A in Telecommunication management, Annenberg school for communications, University of Southern California.
